    Jordanian and Polish business people on Monday announced the launch of the Jordan Polish Business Club Association (JPBCA) that seeks to cement bilateral cooperation in business fields between the two countries.

    Krzysztof Bojko, head of mission at Poland's embassy in Amman, described the establishment of this entity as important for increasing cooperation between Jordan and Poland. He said members of the association will discuss mechanisms and ways of increasing trade volume between the two countries. According to Polish embassy figures, the volume of Polish exports to Jordan reached $40 million in 2010. As for Jordanian exports to Poland, they are mainly phosphates that reached $12 million in 2010.
